BioWho is Gin Ichimaru?
He is always smiling and is extremely polite despite the large number of complaining customers he deals with (a normal man would go insane). He’s friendly, welcoming worker and customer alike into his office any time they want. He is a mediator, often there to resolve disputes that no one else can. He’s probably one of the easiest people to trust. And that’s where everyone makes their first mistake.
He insisted on two secretaries, both of whom he maintains a strict working relationship, at least as far as the rest of the office knows. He keeps to himself mostly beyond those two, but can occasionally be spotted speaking with Aizen, though all they talk about is business.
It’s actually very hard to track down any substantial information on him. There are documents that show he graduated from a small university in German with a business degree and then a master from a French university in customer relations but both schools closed down a few years after he left. He has no credit cards, no bank account, and no one is really sure where he goes after the office closes down. He was the only applicant for the customer relations job, however, so it was hard to turn him down.
